By placing an order with Pinechunks you agree to the terms and conditions. Also read the frequently asked questions before ordering. If you have any questions after reading this, feel free to email me or DM me on instagram.

 

HANDMADE

Keep in mind that everything is made by hand. All items are different from each other. That's what makes Pinechunks special. The differences give the items their own character. These characteristics are not considered defects, but rather contribute to the organic nature of handmade goods.

 

PROCESSING TIME

From the moment the order is placed, it takes approximately 5 weeks for your order to be ready. This is always in clear consultation when ordering.

For pre-made orders, it will take 1-3 business days to prepare and pack your order before it can be shipped. I will send your order confirmation as soon as possible.

 

SHIPPING TIME

From the moment the order is shipped, it takes 1-4 business days to receive your order within the Netherlands. I will send you your Track and Trace code. There is an option for standard shipping or with extra insurance. This choice is yours. Do you live outside the Netherlands and would you like to order an item? Send me an e-mail to discuss the possibilities and prices!

 

PAYMENT

Payment is currently only possible via prepayment and Paypal. All prices are stated in Euros.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

When purchasing goods from Pinechunks, you as a customer have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days that applies from the moment you have received an item that you have ordered.

You as a customer pay the return costs. The product must be packed properly and in its original packaging to prevent damage during delivery.

However, this does not apply to custom orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the result, please contact me and I will see how this can be resolved. All custom orders are made in close consultation, so that there can be no confusion about the end result.

Pinechunks is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery!

 

MAINTENANCE

Wool figurines are fragile and not toys.

Should it happen that the wool gets "messy", this can be easily remedied by combing the wool in the right direction very carefully, for example with a needle.

If a figure comes loose from the wooden disc, the iron pin can be pushed very carefully into the leg / back of the woolen figure.

Do you not dare or do you experience other problems? Please contact me and I will try to help you as best I can.

Wool catches dust and is difficult to get out. Simple blowing helps, but if you want to be sure that your figurine remains free of dust, I recommend that you place it under a bell jar. These are for sale at quantum, ikea or hema (seasonal)
